Ever since the release of my debut album Songs Without Words twelve years ago, my solo career has been mostly focused in continental Europe, UK shows have been very thing on the ground. Apart from the occasional show on the Isle of Wight and the even rare appearance in London I’ve done very little in the way of performing on home turf. This year I set about changing that and so I am off playing several shows, sometimes with JC accompanying me on mandolin, tipple, guitar and harmonica, sometimes with Jon Thorne on double bass and sometimes with both.
