| I’m thrilled and relieved to be finally announcing the launch of the first single from the forthcoming album ‘Domestic’. The song ‘I’m Not here’ was written just over a year ago at a time that I was yearning for a bit of self isolation having spent a few years in a very public role, at the time the world outside my door was tearing itself apart over Brexit so I was more than happy to turn off social media and hibernate for a while. When lock-down came, I was well practiced! Originally I’d considered producing an accompanying video impractical in the circumstances, but last weekend I had a lightbulb moment (as you’ll see) and me and my daughter Alice shot some footage that I hastily edited together. The results can be viewed here You can listen to the song for free here, and if you feel so inclined there’s an option to pay for it (£1 or more) or order the album for download, cd or vinyl. (release date Sept 11th). Tour The second single ‘You’ will follow in August, the album in September, then all being well I’ll be on tour across europe from late October until the end of the year.
